刘江涛,湖南邵阳人,博士,三级教授,博士研究生导师。
主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,省科技创新人才团队项目1项、省级项目6项,研究领域为半导体物理与器件、微机械系统、智能传感与检测技术等。在Interdisciplinary Materials、Friction、Carbon、Physical Review Applied、Physical Review B、Appl. Phys. Lett. 等期刊发表高水平论文60余篇、担任Micro & Nano Letters、Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、Optics Express等期刊审稿人。在SCI收录期刊上发表论文60余篇,获授权发明国家专利10余项。获江西省自然科学一等奖(个人排名第二)、第十四届贵州省青年科技奖、第二届贵州省优秀科技个人奖,入选第13批贵州省优秀青年科技人才,贵州省千层次人才计划。
