1.   研究方向

 

主研光电子材料与器件方向,从事宽禁带半导体与二维材料结合应用于紫外光电探测器研究:

(1)   二维材料制备与改性研究,包括GrapheneMXeneMBeneSAMs

(2)   宽禁带半导体制备与掺杂研究,包括ZnOTiO2CsPbCl3MAPbCl3FAPbCl3

(3)   高性能紫外光电探测器制备与研究,包括吸收层缺陷钝化、载流子传输层优化、异质结界面改性等
